2 What will your services cost me?

Our general brokerage services are free to you, the buyer. After the transaction closes, the seller pays our fees for bringing you to the deal.

3 How long does the process take?

There are many factors involved but once we find the right business for you, it could take 6 to 8 weeks, or 6 to 8 months. The more complex the transaction, the longer it usually takes. It is up to you to do your due diligence as quickly as possible to expedite the process.
